About Steve Dulin
President and Founder of MasterPlan Business Ministries
Steve Dulin graduated from Rice University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Economics, Political Science and Business Management. In 1990, he started Milestone Construction, Inc., an interior finish-out company where he served as owner and President for over 20 years. During his time at Milestone, the company completed over 2,500 projects and never had a project miss a schedule or come in over budget. In 2009, he sold Milestone Construction to devote his time to ministering to business leaders in the church and throughout the world.
In 1996, Steve founded MasterPlan Business Ministries, a Christian organization dedicated to assisting Christian businessmen in fulfilling their God-given purpose in every area of life. Through events like The MasterPlan Business seminar, discipleship groups and training programs, MasterPlan is equipping Christians to follow God’s way, strengthen their families and relationships, and build successful, principled businesses that testify to the world that God’s Ways Work.
Steve is a founding elder at Gateway Church, a 30,000-person church in Southlake, Texas and is on the board of several national non-profits and ministries. At Gateway, Steve led a monthly Sunday night service for seven years that was attended by over 3,500 people each service and was featured on Daystar TV.
In 2006, Steve was awarded the King’s College and Seminary LASER award by Dr. Jack Hayford. The LASER award honors leaders in the business community who are impacting the world as “Salt and Light.”
Steve and his wife, Melody, have been happily married for over thirty-five years and are blessed with two daughters: Kristin and Kassie. Kristin and her husband Gabe are the parents of Ella and Jack.
I have known Steve for over 25 years.
He is a founding elder at Gateway
Church and one of my closest friends.
Steve founded and successfully ran
Milestone for over 20 years, but it is
his spiritual insight into business that
I want to recommend to you.
